The existing bungalow purchased by our client, progress housing to be converted into assisted living accommodation. 

Works include:

• Complete internal demolition for a new layout to be erected using stud walls 
• Level alterations 
• Structural works
• Groundworks 
• Drainage 
• Windows
• M&E
• Joinery 
• Decorations 
• Flooring 
• Cleaning 

Our CPD element of the works were to remove the existing conservatory roof and replace with a solid insulated structure as well as the M&E scheme. 

The development had some changes required by our client above the specification, however, these were completed in the same allotted timeframe, as set out in the contract meaning they could still occupy the building without delays to their clients. 

This is located in a heavily populated residential area, so good site communication skills with the local residents including letter drops prior to the start, detailing who to call if they had an issue while the works were being undertaken, was essential, providing the project for our client with little or no impact on the surrounding neighbourhood.
