Newland - Lincoln

Our long-standing relationship with XL Architects provided us with an opportunity to work with his client, to deliver a new dental and implant practice in Lincoln.

They already had a successful practice in Horncastle however wanted to compete with the Lincoln market. The existing facility owned by Taylor Lindsey was unoccupied, however, the layout was not right and required adjusting and updating to become a desirable dental practice.

The site is located on Newland in Lincoln, behind the Odeon Cinema so access was difficult, however again our team managed the deliverability of the site well with communication and developing relationships. 

Works consisted of:

• Soft and hard demolition 
• Drainage 
• Asbestos removal 
• Blockwork 
• Roofing 
• Studwork 
• Board and Skimming 
• Steelwork 
• M&E 
• Air conditioning 
• Decorations 
• Flooring 
• Cleaning 

We also had to interact and programme accordingly the supply and installation of the specialist dental equipment, due to their time frames not being flexible - this was achieved with no delay.

The building has now been completed and within 4 weeks was near capacity of new patients that either moved from another practice or enrolled for the first time.
