To demolish a single bungalow and clear the site of all trees and vegetation and build a mix of 28 new 2 bed semi-detached houses, 3 bed semi-detached houses, and 2 bed semi-detached Bunglows all under the new building regulations. The site has been developed with new infrastructure, section 38 adopted road, 104 AWA adopted drainage, 278 highways entrance, along with new Gas, Electric, Water, and BT connections. All houses have PV on their roofs to provide sustainable living aswell as electric car chargers for vehicles. ABC are the warranty provider and under the section 106 housing regulations our client has presented these houses to market via, buy to let, shared ownership, direct sale, and rent only.

This development has been completed in the village of Skellingthorpe just outside Lincoln and has provided much needed housing in the local area for existing and new residents. The location has good links to Lincoln Central and schools providing families with a sustainable village lifestyle.

The work has been completed for our new client Ongo Homes part funded by Homes England and is the first development for Ongo outside North Lincolnshire which shows a statement of intent in the Lincoln area.

The scheme was completed November 2024 and has been a success for all involved and fully occupied with new residents enjoying the benefits of a new home.
