Social Housing Developments
We work with many housing associations to deliver their schemes, either through closed tender or joint ventures. So far we have delivered 45 homes across Lincolnshire for various providers and have more in the pipeline.
They key to these sites is plan, develop, and deliver, as is our slogan for Belvin, we follow these steps to consistentally deliver for our clients providing us repeat business.
We are looking to deliver another 50 plus homes over the next 2 years for our clients as we expand our construction team in sector.
